Orders Within the EU

• NIMBEL offers free shipping and free returns for baby carriers within the EU.

• For accessories, a small shipping fee applies.

• We automatically select the most suitable parcel carrier for your address.

• Orders are shipped within 3 business days.

Orders Outside the EU

Please note the following for orders outside the EU:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Import duties and handling fees are the customer’s responsibility. These will be invoiced directly by the parcel carrier, not by NIMBEL.

• If a parcel is returned because these fees were not paid, the carrier will charge NIMBEL. These costs will be deducted from your refund.

• Unfortunately, we cannot provide an estimate of the duties or fees, as they vary by country and situation.
