Orders in the EU

NIMBEL offers free shipping and returns within the EU. The most suitable parcel carrier will be automatically selected at check-out.

We ship within 2 business days.

Orders outside the EU

Customers outside EU need to be aware of the following:

• For orders outside EU shipping costs will be calculated at checkout
• The customer will have to pay import taxes and handling fees. These will be invoiced to you by the parcel carrier and not by NIMBEL
• If a product is returned because the customer is unwilling to pay the additional fees, the parcel carrier will charge NIMBEL. These costs will be deducted from the refund to the customer.

NIMBEL is currently unable to give you an estimation on the fees and duties that will have to be paid since they are different per situation.

Returns

Returns in the EU are free. Please follow this link to the return form to request a return. We will provide you with a return label.
